As long as I can remember, I’ve loved to write. My favorite school assignments usually revolved around creative writing, and I remember attending “young writers conferences” when I was growing up. This is likely a big part of the reason why I started blogging for my youth group in 2004 and dove into blogging headfirst when I launched the predecessor for this site in 2008. Writing served me well as a theology student and continues to serve me in my work as Chaplain for Evergreen Catholic Schools. It remains a dream of mine to someday have a book published. You can search through the topics I’ve written on via the search box below (there are nearly 200 posts on this website), or you can check out a list of my archive by clicking here.
I’m also very fortunate to have been asked to share my written words to the good work done by others:
- As a columnist for Grandin Media, the online communications portal for the Archdiocese of Edmonton
- As a contributor to the good folks at Projectym.com, who work to support those who serve young people in the Catholic Church
- As a writer for Fully Alive, the Alberta Teacher’s Association’s Religious & Moral Education Council semi-annual publication
